pad thai surprise!!!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a week long trip to Switzerland.  Although my husband spent his days attending a conference, I spent those times alone touring the picturesque and historical city of Bern.  Along our sight seeing trip were two of his colleagues so we spent our dinners together.  I must say having visited 4 European countries, Switzerland by far is the most expensive when it comes to eating out (ok and using the public restrooms too).

One of the restaurants we went to was Fugu which served Thai and Japanese cuisine.  I tried their Pad Thai with Tofu and to my surprise came in such a surprising presentation.  It looked like an omelette to me.  All the stuff was basically wrapped in the egg with the garnishings on the side.

Once you slice open the "omelette" all the goodness comes out - noodles, scallions, tofu and bean sprouts.  So pretty and tasty!
